Try Markdown Reader in your browser
Type Markdown on the left and see it rendered on the right - tables, task lists, coloured code, LaTeX formulas and Mermaid diagrams. Nothing you type leaves your browser.
That file is larger than 2 MB, which is more than this browser page can render smoothly. The app opens files up to 50 MB.

Everything runs in your browser. The document you type is never uploaded, and nothing is kept when you close this tab.
On your phone it does more
Open your own files, compare two documents, keep your reading position, and work with no connection at all.
